PostRoom · Beta
Terms of use
These terms describe the PostRoom beta, operated by Kartheek Akella in India. Effective 4 October 2026.
Using PostRoom
By using PostRoom, you agree to these terms. PostRoom is a workspace for drafting text, collecting feedback and recording approval decisions. You are responsible for your account, the people or agents you authorize, and your use of exported content.
Your content stays yours
You retain your rights to content you submit. You give PostRoom permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service, including to people who hold a review link you create. Only upload content you have permission to use and share. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse other people’s personal information, or use the service to harass others or interfere with security.
Review links and approvals
Anyone holding a valid review link can access submitted content in that room and record a decision on a draft awaiting review. Links expire after seven days and can be revoked or replaced. Reviewer names are self-reported; PostRoom does not verify the reviewer’s identity. An approval is a workflow record, not an electronic signature or a guarantee of accuracy, rights clearance, or suitability for publication.
Accounts and agent keys
Keep your sign-in access and agent keys secure. Revoke a key if it is exposed. Agents act with the permissions of their workspace owner. Automated use must respect the API’s permissions and rate limits. Attempts to access another person’s workspace or bypass restrictions are prohibited.
Beta availability and payments
The service is in beta and may change or experience interruptions. Keep your own copies of important content. Free usage is subject to the limits on the pricing page. Paid upgrades are not currently available, and the planned Pro price is not a charge or a completed subscription. Payment, cancellation and refund details will be presented before paid checkout becomes available.
Ending use and questions
You may stop using PostRoom at any time. Draft deletion does not automatically erase activity records or your sign-in account. For an account or data request, use the contact page. Access may be restricted to address abuse or security issues. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law gives you.
