Try a client caption approval

See the creator and client sides together. Practice approving a caption, changing it and asking for a fresh decision. No account needed.

Try the change that matters: approve version 1, edit the time to 3 pm, then save. Version 2 needs a fresh decision. This is a local simulation with fictional content; nothing is sent to a client.

Waiting for a decision

Our fictional Cedar Studio open day is this Saturday, 10 am–2 pm. Drop in, meet the team and see what we are working on.

Practice decision history

  • CED-001 version 1 is ready for review.

Decisions show their version. This demo and PostRoom do not provide a complete old-caption text archive or a before/after comparison.

Practice entries stay in page memory and clear when you refresh. The real workspace requires creator sign-in; clients use an expiring review link without an account. Free includes one room and ten stored drafts, with no card.

Introduce the review link before you send it

A familiar introduction matters more than another reminder. Tell the client what the link contains, who sent it and which captions need a decision. Agree a deadline and time zone in your usual conversation first. A client can still ignore a link; PostRoom cannot guarantee a response.

In the real product, anyone with a valid review link can review submitted captions. Names are self-reported. Keep the link with the intended reviewer. Links expire after seven days and can be revoked or replaced by the creator.

Keep your existing visual and publishing tools

PostRoom handles text decisions. It does not generate content, show visual proofs, schedule posts or publish to social networks. Review matching images or videos separately. Approved-only CSV gives you the text handoff; check it before importing into your usual publishing tool.

Prepare your request with the free approval-email generator, or follow the first real client-batch walkthrough.
